Raceface events is thrilled to be working with Mondello24 Cycle and Donegal Ultra 555 for the Ultimate Ultra Trilogy.A new chapter for Cycling Ireland #ultracycling Community.The Ultimate Ultra Cycling TrilogyMondello24 is delighted to be teaming up with our friends at the Wild Mayo Ultra and the Donegal Ultra 555 to create the ultimate annual endurance challenge - Ireland's Ultra Cycling Trilogy. That's three races in three different counties offering three different cycling experiences. Kicking off with the scenic Wild Mayo Ultra on May 12, riders will then have plenty of time to recover ahead of a very different 24-hour experience that is Mondello24 on June 24. After recovering from riding around Ireland’s only international motor racing circuit, the trilogy will then take you to the hills of Donegal with the legendary Donegal Ultra 555 on August 11. Any rider/team completing the Trilogy will be presented with a mounted certificate as recognition of their achievement from the three race organisers. This certificate will not only look well on the wall of your pain cave or office but is also sure to start many a great conversation about your efforts in the saddle. One week, we are organising the next we are competing (or at least trying to compete)Today at the Biking Blitz Derroura Mountain Bike Trail round 3 and rd 2 of the Connacht MTB League First, we went flat out for 2 laps of 15k course.The Velotec endurance legging did the biz again, albeit completely different event and conditions...becoming my favourite piece of kit lately...The Scott Spark RC handled brilliantly on the tough terrain..
